Ireland (Republic) YES The Irish Department of Transport issued a notice reminding the maritime community of new restrictions relating to the sulphur content of marine fuels. Marine Notice 17-2010 (30/06/10). Italy YES DGL No.205 dated 09.11.2007. Penalties suggested for non compliance are between 15,000 and 300,000 Euros.
