 Active Document Status Update- John Bulflod

o John & Deryck shared the status of the contract with the University of Pittsburg.

Then John gave an update on the current document status: o Spec 10A went for ballot ending May 27th. o RP 10B-2 currently being revised and would then be balloted. o RPs 10B-3, 10B-4, 10B-5, 10B-6, 10D-2, & Spec 10D are ok. o 10F went for ballot ending May 19th and would be published as Spec 10F. o RP 65-1 was reaffirmed in 2012 the plan forward is to ask a two year extension, while it’s being reworked. o Bulletin E3 is being finalized and moved to ballot.

 Existing Task Groups & Work Groups: Discussion/Concerns (5 mins each)  TG on Cooperative Testing – B. Ulrich o Sample sent out has been delayed, currently working on packaging & shipping samples. o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  WG on Compressive Strength – G. De Bruijn o Will share samples with the Cooperative testing group meaning he shares the same status. o Gunnar will not attend summer meeting.  Bulletin E3 – J. Reid o E3 document is almost ready, should be able to go to ballot after summer meetings. o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  WG on Static Gel Strength Measurements – R. Eid o Baker was able to provide a calibration fluid o Testing with this calibration fluid has started o Rick Lukay will distribute ASTM document and shear strength derivations to the WG o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  WG on API RP I0F Revision – G. Benge o 10F is up for ballot o Need to write an article and publish it o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  WG on Spec I0D Revision (Bow Type Centralizers) – J. Hebert (Alfredo Reported) o WG had its last meeting in January 2016 o Asked API for official feedback for the document o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  WG on Evaluation of NAF Removal & Water Wetting by Spacers – P. Sonnier o Sent samples and instructions to 9 labs o Will send a tech to labs that reported outliers in the data reported. o Will reevaluate SSST. o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  WG on HTHP Rheology – R. Lukay o Currently working on document draft o Will incorporate Jaime Hayes as Co-Chair o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  WG on Foam Cement – E. Cunningham – Did not attend  TG on Testing of Well Cementing Composites – H. Plack – Did not attend  WG on Well Abandonments – J. Shine o Met with his team and drafted an outline for the document

o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC o Established 30 min was adequate time for presenting in DC  WG on Triaxial Mechanical Properties of Cement – A. Bois (Anthony Badalamenti reported) o Last meeting in April o Will meet again in June prior to the summer meetings o Will work with John on setting up their SharePoint site. o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  WG on Comparison of Conditioning Practices for Cements – L. Padilla o WG had its last meeting on 3-9-16. o Agreed on a testing matrix o Established participating labs o Gathered samples and started blending process o Will ship samples and start testing before summer meetings.

o Will attend meeting in Washington, DC  Rewrite of 10TR1 – G. De Bruijn o Getting started with 10TR1 will report out in next Winter Meeting. o Will not attend meeting in Washington, DC
