Gulf Hotels Group is participating in The Arabian Hotel Investment Conference in Dubai
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: The Gulf Hotels Group has participated in this year’s Arabian Investment Conference taking place in Dubai on 4th & 5th May, 2014.
The Group showcased their flagship five-star property The Gulf Hotel Bahrain, in addition to the four- star deluxe K Hotel located in Juffair - Bahrain, the Ocean Paradise Resort in Zanzibar and the Gulf Residence Amawaj, which include two buildings consisting of fully-serviced luxury apartments located in Amwaj Islands and set to open late 2014, in addition to the Gulf Executive Residence. The Group also showcased the Gulf Convention Centre, the largest event venue in Bahrain which is spread over an area of 4,780 square meters of meeting space and consisting of 29 state-of-the-art venues to accommodate up to 3,000 delegates for all types of business meetings, international conferences or dream weddings and banqueting.
The Gulf Hotels Group’s chief Executive Officer & Board Member Mr. Aqeel Raees stated that “The Gulf Hotels Group has commenced the constructions of a 3,100 square meter spa facility to be a great addition to the Gulf Hotel’s leisure and recreation facilities.
As well the constructions work has been completed on the brand new commercial laundry, now called Gulf Hotel Laundry Services which will provide a five star laundry service to many organizations in Bahrain.”
The Gulf Hotels Group has announced two of their latest future projects as the plans are underway to construct a new serviced apartment facility in Juffair- Bahrain, which will be the third addition to the Gulf Residence chain of luxury serviced apartments.
Mr. Aqeel Raees continued the announcement about the group’s future projects saying that “The Gulf Hotels Group launched its regional expansion plan with acquisition of a plot of land in Business Bay on the Dubai Creek for the construction of a new 230 room, five-star hotel which expected to be opened in 2017. The Group is also sourcing a second site in Dubai and is currently considering a number of prime locations. ”
