DEFINITIONS 1. Juvenile ID - Unique identifier assigned to a Juvenile that is booked in a DJJ detention facility. 2. Booking ID - Unique identifier assigned per booking of a Juvenile. There can be multiple Booking ID’s per Juvenile ID if the juvenile has been booked more than one time. 3. Days Served - The total number of days juvenile was in secure detention. 4. Billing County - County in which the offense occurred. 5. Status - Determined by the most severe offense. (If a juvenile is charged with a public offense and a status offense, this column will default to list the status as public. 6. Birthdate – Month, day, and year of birth as reported by juvenile. 7. Charge UOR – The Kentucky State Police assigns the Kentucky Uniform Crime Reporting Codes (UOR) to criminal offenses in Kentucky. 8. Underlying UOR – If the juvenile is charged with contempt, the juvenile’s underlying charge will be listed. 9. Status Offense – an action brought against a juvenile who is accused of committing acts, which if committed by an adult, would not be a crime. 10. Public Offense – an action brought against a juvenile (excluding contempt) who is accused of committing an offense under KRS Chapter 527 or a public offense which, if committed by and adult would be a crime.
