The F&A Manager is the senior business and operations manager in the Mexico Program Office. He/she provides direct support and advice to the Country Director in areas such as budget management and projections, internal controls, financial and accounting procedures, and overall compliance of the Program with WWF policies and procedures as well as applicable Mexican law. He/she is directly responsible for managing an annual budget of US$ 2 – 3 million.
Professional in Business Administration or related field, 5 years of experience with International Organizations. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Demonstrated abilities in Human Resources Management, Managing Contracts with International Organizations specially Government Aid Agencies, Financial Reporting to donors and financial planning.
Major responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate and ensure that all administrative, financial activities in the Mexico Program are carried out in compliance with WWF institutional procedures and human resources. Holds primary accountability of all financial and accounting practices and financial reports to donors and institutional systems. Ensures that all administrative and financial operations are in compliance with all applicable laws within Mexico. Coordinates the administration of 3 regional offices, indirect supervision of one administrative staff in each of them. Direct supervision of 3 administrative staff in the Mexico City Office.
All three positions are based in Mexico City, full time. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.

The Mexico staff of WWF includes approximately 25 persons committed to WWF’s conservation mission in Mexico.
