SALES MANAGER: FEB 2011 TO AUGUST 2015. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

 Manages daily operations while merchandising, maintaining and assembling tire displays for promotions.  Ensure superior customer relationships and services while monitoring, evaluating and presenting solutions to potential problem customer/fleet/commercial accounts.  Responsible for filing of work orders, preparing routine reports, assisting the General Manager with special assignments, and prospecting for new customers/fleet/commercial accounts.  Provide leadership, coaching and training to all personnel in the tire center; Support efforts of sales personnel profitability while achieving effective utilization of all company assets; growth of sales, profit generation and improvement.  Communicate and exemplify company vision and values to all personnel; Attract motivate and retain personnel; promote development of team work and positive work environment.
