Dear Friends:

We are again requesting donations for our 3rd Annual Central Wyoming Spay & Neuter Foundation’s Fundraising Golf Tournament. It is the mission of the Central Wyoming Spay & Neuter Foundation to provide education and financial assistance for low to middle income families for the spaying and neutering of companion animals located within central Wyoming. Through this effort we hope to help reduce the pet over-population problem and save unwanted animals from euthanasia, or worse yet, death by starvation, accident or disease while wandering the streets. Within the last few years our local animal control facility has been reporting average euthanasia rates of over 100 animals per month, put down primarily due of a lack of adoptive homes, leading to overcrowding at the facility. We are proud to report that in the first four months of this calendar year, we have helped nearly 200 animals to get altered, but we still have a long way to go to meet our goals.

We are asking for your support in this fundraising effort, which is our largest of the year. There are several ways you can help:

1. You can sponsor a team of 4 to play in the tournament which is Friday, June 1, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Paradise Valley Country Club. This includes greens fees, carts, food, beverages (including beer!), goodie bag and door prizes. The cost of team sponsorship is $360.00.

2. You can sponsor one of the 18 holes on the course. Each sponsor will be advertised at that hole with a professionally printed hole flag with the sponsor’s name and business logo, if desired. This great advertising opportunity costs $150.00. For Gold Sponsors of Special Event Holes, the cost is only $300.00

3. We also have Tee Box sponsorships available this year complete with a professionally printed sign that includes the sponsor’s name and business logo, if desired. The cost of a tee sponsorship is $100.00

4. You can donate a prize - anything you like - such as merchandise (need not be golf related), or gift certificates. We need many prizes for our different contests and raffles during the tournament. These items, too, will be advertised with your business given full credit and is great advertising.

5. You can donate money for us to purchases prizes for the tournament. Your donation will also be credited to you or your business’s name. We are especially interested in Platinum Sponsors of $500.00 or more for our Grand Prize raffle, which is usually something like a “Golf Package” or perhaps a “mini-vacation”.

6. We are also in need of small items for “goodie bags” which will be given to every golfer in the tournament. If you have novelty items such as pens, magnets, tees, calendars, etc. that you can contribute, those are a great way for you to advertise to all of our golfers. We could also use individually wrapped treats such as power bars, candy bars, mints, gum, etc. - as many as you can spare (up to 144 items – one for each “goodie bag”) would be appreciated.

If you have questions, or can help, please contact Sally Minahan- Ayers (Tournament Coordinator) by calling 577-3453 or 262-4080 or by email at [email protected], and she will be happy to answer questions. You will be sent a receipt for your tax-deductible contributions after the tournament. You can also go to the “documents” page at www.cwsnf.org for registration/prize donation forms. All of our donations will be posted in the “News” section of our website for one full year. In advance, THANK YOU for your help!

Respectfully, The CWSNF Board of Directors: Donny Rood (President), Colbi Maddox-Moore (Treasurer), Sally Minihan-Ayers (Secretary), Sharon Darr (Grants & Fundraising), Helen Wolff, Jamie Campbell, Lisa Craft, River Eirtree, and Nancy Appel.
