REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES 1. President Report- Tyler Cruze Sent Operating Manual to Jesse/Darin/Nate to review Tax Returns – None filed since 2011 Tax Accountant – Ed said helping other local Little League’s 2. Treasurer Report- Michelle Unrue (Financial Report Handed Out to Board) Opening Operating Account Balance: $33,545.80 ($10K in reserves) November Paid Expenses: $926.54 Ending Operating Account Balance: $32,619.26 Concessions Account Balance: $1,500.04 ($299.00 deposited) Upcoming Bills: Storage $2,820.00 Bonzi early registration to date: $4,220.00 - $136.88 Bonzi fees 3. Admin Report – Rachel Butler Early Registration: 27 players (23BB/4SB) Coach Applications: 8 (7BB/1SB) Tryout Dates: 2/4 & 2/11 NEW BUSINESS 1. SHS HRC – Scott Stayner & Toby Hooker High School Players to help with tryouts, SHS Kids Clinic scheduled for 3/26/17; fee lowered to increase attendance $25 for 1-4 players registered; $20 each additional in family, 8 – 12 year olds encouraged to attend. SHS & NSLL work together – mentor kids in NSLL. SHS BB Night – send out info once known for the Home Games. Toby is helping with the Kid’s Clinic this year.

Toby answered some questions about our Comcast service. We have the ability to stream video, P.O.S. use in concession, etc.
