Dear Friends of Gilman:

On Friday, March 4, 2016, Gilman School will host the 36th Annual Bull Roast for the Gilman community. In our 36th year of hosting this event, we will feature a silent auction comprised of items donated by individuals and businesses throughout the area.

Please consider supporting Gilman School with a donation of an item or service from your company. Your gift will help the School and encourage Gilman families, faculty, alumni and friends to patronize your business in appreciation of your generosity.

In the past, money raised from the Silent Auction has paid for gifts to the school including a playground, resource materials, computers, gym equipment and more. These improvements continue to enhance the educational experiences of our students.

As a donor, your name or business will be highlighted in the auction booklet and will be seen by nearly 800 people. Many of our guests attending are current and potential customers of your business.

While we realize that your organization receives numerous requests for donations each year, your gift will be a welcome addition to our Silent Auction. We are asking for your completed donation acquisition form by Wednesday, January 20, 2016. After this date, we cannot guarantee recognition of your donation in our auction booklet.
