Bus 1 Leaving Durban from Pirates Parking lot outside Suncoast Towers Hotel at 04h45 & will arrive in Pietermaritzburg at the Carbineers Hall by 06h15

Bus 4 Leaving Durban from Pirates Parking lot outside Suncoast Towers Hotel at 12h30 & will arrive in Pietermaritzburg at the Pietermaritzburg City Hall by 14h00

Bus 5 Leaving Durban from Pirates Parking lot outside Suncoast Towers Hotel at 14h30 & will arrive in Pietermaritzburg at the Pietermaritzburg City Hall by 16h00

Please ensure that your bike is at Garden Court Marine Parade (in the car park at the back of the hotel – in Marine Parade Street) between 09h00 and 16h00 on Saturday 15 Oct, as bikes are packed the day before. Pickfords will be located at Garden Court Marine Parade, in the car park in Marine Parade Street where all bikes will be either boxed in bicycle boxes or wrapped in a blanket to ensure they are not damaged in any way. The front wheel is removed and placed inside the box with the bike. They will be stored in a secure venue until the next morning. Please collect your bike from the Carbineers Hall off Commercial Road in Pietermaritzburg where the bus will drop you off outside the hall. I acknowledge the risks and hazards, which exist in a venture of this nature. I am attending and/or participating in the EVENT entirely at my own risk. I am obliged to strictly adhere to all the applicable rules and directives of the owners and organizers of the EVENT including all appointees assisting the organizers in respect of the EVENT. I accept and agree that I, my estate, dependant(s) and those whom I represent shall not have any claim of whatsoever nature or kind against the Tsogo Sun Amashova Durban Classic, Right on the Night Promotions CC, City of Durban, Provincial Government of KwaZulu Natal and all Sponsors (hereinafter referred to as ENTITIES) for any cost, loss, damage, injury, disability or death which may be incurred or suffered by myself, my estate and/or my dependant(s) arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the EVENT or any of the activities associated therewith or incidental thereto, use of facilities and/or amenities or by reason of defective material or equipment or by way of any human or mechanical error, default or failure or from any other cause whatsoever except upon proof that such cost, loss, damage, injury, disability or death was due to the sole negligence of ENTITIES in which event ENTITIES potential liability shall be limited to any claim which falls within the ambit of ENTITIES insurance policies and only to the extent that such claim is covered and settled by ENTITIES’ insurer(s); and I agree to indemnify ENTITIES from and against all and any such claim(s) not covered or settled by ENTITIES insurer(s).

I undertake not to bring any claim of whatsoever nature or kind against the Tsogo Sun Amashova Durban Classic, Right on the Night Promotions CC, City of Durban, Provincial Government of KwaZulu Natal and all Sponsors (hereinafter referred to as ENTITIES) or in any way to hold ENTITIES liable for any cost, damage, loss, injury, disability or death whatsoever which I or MINOR may incur or suffer personally or in property and which directly or indirectly arises from his/her attendance or participation in the EVENT including any activities associated therewith or any arrangements incidental thereto or not such costs, damage, loss, injury, disability or death was occasioned by way of use of defective material or by way of any human or mechanical error, default or failure or from any other cause whatsoever, except upon proof that such cost, loss, damage, injury, disability or death was due to the sole negligence of ENTITIES in which event ENTITIES liability shall be limited to any claim which falls within the ambit of ENTITIES insurance policies and only to the extent that such claim is covered and settled by ENTITIES’ insurer(s); and I in both my personal and my representative capacity of MINOR, hereby indemnify ENTITIES from and against any claim of whatsoever nature or kind not covered or settled by ENTITIES insurer(s).
