Clarification 1: Please note the following revisions to the General RFP Information Form. A revised form is attached.

Leakesville - Material Code 194253, quantity 791, has been removed.

Parchman - Material Code 194254 has been changed from a quantity of 1,979 to a quantity of 973.

LOC responses are due Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. (Central Time).
