3. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes Prior meeting minutes were in form a redline of Chapter 3. No approval required.

5. Review of Chapter 3 Review of Chapter 3 – Road Tunnels resumed with the sub-committee chair for Group A, Igor Maevski, presented the chapter line by line and solicited comments from members. The review of Chapter 3 was completed with discussion documented in the redline record attached to the minutes.
5. Review of Other Chapters 1. The review of progress on other chapters was deferred until a future meeting.
6. Next Steps 1. The date for review of Chapter 4 will be confirmed.
