A 74 year old male presented with T9 collapse and First laboratory Results paraplegia. Haemoglobin 8.6 g/dℓ Platelets 330 x 109 /ℓ White Blood Cell count 6.74 x 109 /ℓ Urea 2.6 mmol/ℓ Creatinine 79 mmol/ℓ Calsium 2.8 mmol/ℓ Albumin 23 g/ℓ IgG Kappa Band 21 g/ℓ

GROUP C3 First laboratory Results Haemoglobin 6.5 g/dℓ A 30 year old male with a sore throat, fatigue and Platelets 35 x 109 /ℓ headache. On examination the spleen and liver are White Blood Cell count 21.03 x 109 /ℓ slightly enlarged, there are retinal haemorrhages and Blast count 9 ℓ echymoses 19.60 x 10 / Lymphocyte count 0.40 x 109 /ℓ Monocyte count 1.03 x 109 /ℓ Urea 4.9 mmol/ℓ Creatinine 117 mmol/ℓ CRP 48.8 mg/ℓ Bilirubin 17 mmol/ℓ Alkaline Phosphate 62 U/ℓ

A 13 year old girl presents with a 2 week history of First laboratory Results loss of apetite and loss of weight, fatigue and back Red Cell count 3.17 x 1012 /ℓ pain. She is acute on chronically ill, with generalised Haemoglobin 11.8 g/dℓ lymphadenopathy. A massive firm-hard splenomegaly MCV 86.6 fℓ is noted measuring 12 cm below the costal margins Platelets 9 ℓ with no other significant findings on examination. 1080 x 10 / White Cell count 294.31 X 109/ℓ Neutrophil count 91.24 x 109/ℓ Lymphocyte count 2.94 x 109/ℓ Blast count 14.72x 109/ℓ HIV Elisa Non-reactive CRP 14.4 mg/ℓ
