Note 1. Applications will not be processed unless accompanied by full registration fee. 2. Payable to R.H.S.D 3. 1:5 Coach/Students ratio at beginner group 4. Missing classes must notify us be phone ( 647-287-8065 ) or E-mail [email protected] 24 hours in advance, otherwise no make up class will be granted. 5. Those who miss classes the make up class must be taken in the same session. There will be no credit which to be transferred to the next session. 6. Registration is based on first come first serve.

Refund Policy: Full refund will be given before each session start. Prorated refund plus $25administration fee after the session start. There will be no refund after half the session finished.

Waiver Clause: In the event of and consideration of my application being accepted, I do hereby for myself, my heirs executor and administrations, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I or any child included in my application may have the activities of the forenamed swimming club.
