APPLICATION FOR SUPPORT TO THE PARTNER IDENTIFICATION PHASE
The purpose of support to activities under the Partner Identification Phase is to meet with potential partner companies and when a partner has been identified to elaborate on the business case.
To qualify for support, Danida must have approved the Danish company, the company in the country of business and the business case as a result of the preceding screening process. If the screening approval is more than one year older than the date of this application the Embassy may decide to carry out a new screening of the companies.
Under the Partner Identification Phase the following activities are supported with 75 % up to a maximum of DKK 100,000 covering two country visits for two professional staff per company:
1. The costs related to country visits:
a. International and domestic travel, and per diem.
2. Cost of audit of reimbursement claim
An application must be completed by each partner individually. The application must be accompanied by a budget containing costs for all expected country visits (max. two per partner).
The completed form must be submitted to the Embassy in the country of business by e-mail. Contact details for either the company in the country of business or in Denmark should be filled in as appropriate.
The Embassy will acknowledge receipt and inform the partners of the process. The Embassy may contact the applicant to obtain additional information for clarification purposes. For further information on the process please refer to the Guidelines and Conditions for support.
A progress report must be submitted to the Embassy no later than one month after completing a country visit.
On completion of the last country visit, the request for reimbursement together with a Completion Report on the result of the travel must be submitted to the Embassy no later than one month after the end of the travel.
