Points to consider: 1. Indent every time someone else begins to speak. 2. Use quotation marks to indicate which words are spoken. 3. If it is unclear who is speaking, be sure to let the reader know by including an attribution. 4. Place periods, commas, exclamation marks, and question marks within quotation marks.
