Salient Characteristics for Webtrends Analytics On Demand:

DLS requires maintenance support to provide the required patches, firmware updates, and hardware support/replacement to keep our Webtrends software fully functioning, operational, and IA compliant. Only Webtrends or a Webtrends authorized reseller can provide this maintenance support. If a vendor other than Webtrends or a Webtrends authorized reseller provides maintenance support, our current warranty will be voided.

All resellers must provide proof that they are authorized to sell Webtrends maintenance/warranty support prior to contract award. Vendor must be able to provide maintenance support in CONUS locations.

Third party support will void current warranty and would prevent DLS from acquiring future warranty support from authorized support vendors. Failure to have this support from an authorized provider/reseller would prevent DLS from maintaining supportability for firmware and hardware microcode updates.
