That a consultant appointment be approved to provide legal survey, AMPW engineering and landscape architecture services for the servicing of Brintnell Subdivision at a cost not to exceed $950,000.

G.2.a. Cost-Sharing Agreement – Trunk Storm Sewer and Stormwater Management Pond – Whitemud Drive/34 Street Interchange 

That the City of Edmonton enter into a cost-sharing agreement with Great Transportation & Streets West Life Assurance Company and London Life Insurance Company for the design and construction of a trunk storm sewer and stormwater Corporate Svcs. management pond to facilitate Whitemud Drive/34 Street Interchange drainage. Total cost of this agreement is estimated at $900,000, including GST.

That the City of Edmonton enter into an agreement with Imperial Oil Transportation & Streets Resources Limited for the relocation of their pipelines in preparation for the Whitemud Drive/34 Street Interchange. Total cost of this phase of the Corporate Svcs. work is estimated at $3,200,000, including GST.

That approval be given for the City of Edmonton to participate in the Nova Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) 2004 General Rate Application before the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (AEUB) and all related hearings, with a view to reviewing the Application, cross-examining and submitting argument to the AEUB.
