Sunnyvale Star Stepper Contract 2016-2017

Being a member of the Sunnyvale Star Steppers Drill Team is a privilege not a right. The member should be held to a higher level of character, and should strive to maintain this throughout the year. For this reason, a contract between each member and the director shall be in effect for the 2016-2017 school year. Failure to abide by the terms of this contract AND the Constitution may result in dismissal from the team.

The terms are as follows: 1) I agree to conduct myself as a young lady both through my actions and language, in and outside of school. 2) I agree to follow all school rules and policies. 3) I agree to uphold the honor and traditions of the team and to respect team members, the director, and my school. 4) I agree to uphold the highest moral standards. 5) I have read the Constitution and understand the contents and requirements of being a member in good standing on the team. I also understand the consequences of not following the rules set forth in the Constitution. 6) I understand that being a member of the team is a coveted position and will strive to maintain and promote a positive attitude at all times. I understand that failure to abide by the terms of this contract and the Constitution may result in dismissal from the Sunnyvale Star Stepper Drill Team.

I/We, the parents of the above-named, have read and understand the Constitution and all the requirements of being a member in good standing as well as the consequences of not following the rules set forth in the Constitution. With positive support, I/we understand I/we may be asked to help with additional tasks to help promote the organization throughout the year and will do so at my/our capacity.
