 Be sure you sign for your diploma spelling during the meeting. I am verifying the spelling you turned in to me.

 Diploma Order – Are you on the list? Is it correct? o Be sure to sign for correct spelling of your name. This is how your diploma will be printed. . Middle name? . Is there a hyphen? . Big or small letter of a word? . Is there an accent? Look carefully! . MAKE SURE IT IS NEATLY WRITTEN. o Corrections were made from the first list – LAST CHANCE FOR CHANGES! o Missed the sign in sheet! Come see me in the cafeteria on Thursday.

 Graduation Video Ordering Information: Graduation will be professional taped by Live Event Video Productions. (handout – order form) – contact # 817-704-3216 o Add $5.00 if ordered after May 15, 2013

 Some Graduation Information: June 9, 2013 at 6:00 pm at the Fort Worth Convention Center. o Make sure your address is correct in the computer to receive information by mail. o EVERY senior participating in graduation must order a cap and gown – it’s NOT too late! You need to contact Herff Jones’ Office ASAP. o Herff Jones is expected to deliver in mid-late April. o Herff Jones contact information is: . www.graduationservices.com or call @ 817-336-2035 . 3610 West Vickery Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76107 . Last day to order cap and gown on campus is on Thursday, February 2, 2012 during lunch.

o Keep a current ID – you have to have a current ID card to purchase a prom ticket and get into the prom itself!

 Prom Information: April 27, 2013, at the Texas Motor Speedway: 7:00 -11:00 pm o Tickets sold: April 8-12 during all 3 lunches. This is the only time they will be sold, not before and not after. o Guest form must have a photocopy of your guest’s ID (school or driver’s license), no exceptions. The form must be completed, approved by Mrs. Gonzales, with the photocopied ID, BEFORE you can purchase tickets. Mrs. McKenzie will keep the form with the information. o Must bring ticket to prom with school ID. All dates must bring valid ID, school or license. o Show up early/be on time…seats are first come first serve. No reservations. No saving seats. o The doors will open around 6:15 and pictures can be taken early…ballroom opens at 7:00, and dinner is served shortly after. o Prom is over at 11:00. o The date you sign up to bring CANNOT be changed without my approval. All changes MUST be made by Friday, April 12, 2013.

Anyone who failed a class first semester needs to see their counselor IMMEDIATELY, so a new graduation plan can be made.
