6.00pm Aqua Aqua Aqua Low-impact and high-energy class designed for a more gentle aerobic workout using the resistance of the water along with basic strength moves and aqua tools. (45 minute class)

BODYBALANCE A dynamic, fitness-to-music program, that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed; combines the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. (60 minute class)

BODYPUMP A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! Easy & fun. Tone and condition your body in Record time! (60 minute class)

U-TABATA This high intensity training workout designed for maximum calorie! It is a quick workout and perfect if your short on time. It improves endurance and speed as well as strength. With short high intensity bursts with minimal rests periods. This workout will sure get your heart pumping! You will love it so much you will keep coming back for more ! Circuit Is a fast paced class where you move from station to station performing exercises for the given time. This class focuses on muscle toning and aerobic exercises whilst burning lots of calories. Circuit training is adaptable for the individual’s level and moves can be modified accordingly. If you want a fun group environment with challenging exercises give it a go!

Cycle An indoor cycling program to motivational music. Develops cardiovascular capacity, this class is a real calorie killer, a favourite for those wanting to reduce body fat. Provides a fast improvement in general endurance, places high demands on the aerobic system and increases lower body muscular strength. Limited places, first in best dressed. (45 minute class)

Deep Water Preformed in deep water with a flotation belt. Uses basic strength moves and water resistance to firm your entire body and increase your fitness. No impact to joints due to the buoyancy of the water. (45 minute class)

Energisers Therapeutic exercises in a fun, social atmosphere suitable for mature adults and beginners. (60 minute class) Mat Pilates Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced, intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. (60 minute class) Stretch & Relax A relaxing stretching class designed to improve full body functional mobility. (60 minute class) Yoga Yoga helps to improve the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. Designed for those seeking fitness, core strength, relaxation and energy replenishment. Yoga allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced, intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. (60 minute class) Zumba® This program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions, where fast and slow rhythms are combined, to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. This one hour calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring class has a Latin flavor and international zest that will engage and captivate you for life! (60 minute class)
