Pre-learning Learning Intentions End of term assessment Assessment I understand and can describe R Y G R Y G ways and resources to    implement Ministry of    Education principles and current best practice in supporting ESL learners in my classroom. I can build an ESL learner profile, including individual    assessment information that    describes support needs and adaptations for success. I can give specific examples of ways to build a community of    attachment to provide a safe,    inclusive classroom for my ESL (and all) learners. I can apply the principles of Universal Designs for Learning    to adapt my instructional    planning across the curriculum. I can design learning opportunities that build    cultural awareness and give    students a sense of belonging in the classroom. I can identify and describe the    strengths of inquiry-based    learning to support inclusion. I can articulate a personal    vision of inclusion for my    classroom.
