Notices and reminders to go into noticeboard in playground

Clarify Fb page updates, PTA/School?

Board games for playground are in and have been installed. Curriculum Evening 13th September 6.30 - 8pm

PTA hold a stall in foyer LD to gather info for parents. 100 club, easy fundraising, target nursery parents. MM to draft for easy fundraising. Volunteers Required.

JD and playground pals to investigate options for p3/4 playground if anyone has any ideas for community grants please get in touch with [email protected]

Christmas cards - 25 September JM investigating with Southfield TM to assist

Christmas enterprise - discuss 25 September meeting

Christmas fair - KH TM MM to arrange small cosy event possibly including grotto, elves, competition between classes e.g. 18 hampers. Sub-committee to firm up plans and email AL ZO. Date/time tbc option could be Friday 1st December to coincide with open morning?

Focus this term will be on Christmas fair but if anyone is interested in organising a parents social evening please contact [email protected].

It is suggested that communications for nursery parents are similar to that for P1 and a welcome pack to include details on PTA and Parent Council as for p1.

Next meeting is the 25th September 2017 2pm in the Senior Building
