MINOR LEAGUE REPORT Albuquerque Isotopes • Triple-A • Record: 10-15, T-3rd in PCL Pacific Southern • GB: 6.0 • Last 10: 6-4 • Yesterday’s Score: W, 5-3 • Albuquerque won their second consecutive game behind three solo home runs and defeated the Tacoma Rainiers 5-3. • LHP Sam Howard made his fifth start of the season and received a no decision … he allowed three runs over 4.0 innings and tied a career- high with six walks (last: May 6, 2016 at Stockton Ports) with one strikeout. • Catcher Tom Murphy hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning, his sixth of the year … his six home runs are tied for fifth in the league. • INF Jordan Patterson hit his fourth home run of the year, part of back-to-back home runs by him and Murphy.

Hartford Yard Goats • Double-A • Record: 12-11, 4th in EL Eastern • GB: 3.0 • Last 10: 8-2 • Yesterday’s Score: W, 10-6 • Every member of the Yard Goats starting lineup collected at least one hit in the game en route to a 10-6 win over the Harrisburg Senators … the pitching staff struck out 15 batters, eight came from starting pitcher Ryan Castellani. • Right Hander Ryan Castellani got his second win of the year after pitching 5.0 innings allowing one run on three hits with two walks and a sea- son-high eight strikeouts … he is now 2-1 with a 2.05 ERA (26.1 IP, 6 ER) in five starts. • First baseman Brian Mundell went 2-for-4 with a home run in the second inning, his third of the season. • Shortstop went 2-for-5 including his two out, two-run home run in the fourth inning, his second of the year.
