New tour: Dizzy Mizz Lizzy are back

It´s going to be a blast when the biggest band of the 90´s hits the road in spring, 2015 with some of Danish rock history´s strongest songs……and some new ones.

It´s been 18 years since the band released new material but recently Dizzy Mizz Lizzy have been in the studio recording new songs that the popular trio are looking forward to revealing to their many fans. Along with all their classics, of course. This will take place at venues across the country so Tim Christensen, Martin Nielsen and Søren Friis are hitting the road again in april/may 2015.

This is not the first time Dizzy Mizz Lizzy are on tour after their 1998 break-up. In 2009 the band surprised everyone by announcing six concerts the following year. All of them were sold out in a matter of minutes and by the end of 2010 the band had played over 50 concerts in Denmark and Japan. That´s how big their audiences appetite was to experience or re-experience one of the most popular and biggest selling Danish bands of all time.

Nothing would have been easier than repeating the success the following year but the three musicians chose not to: “It was a fantastic experience in 2010 but we got our fill. A new tour was in the cards but we all agreed that we wanted new songs on the repertoire before that could happen,” Tim explains on behalf of the band.

Therefore this time around will be more than a re-run of the 2010 concerts and Tim guarantees that it will be a blast when Dizzy Mizz Lizzy go on tour. With new songs and classics such as Silverflame, Waterline, Rotator that were the soundtrack of the 90´s for a whole generation, you won´t be able to top this in 2015.
