Class of 2014 Spring Meeting Agenda, Tuesday, April 8, 2014 End-of-year information and expectations —Mr. King  Commencement invitations for staff, write a general message  Attendance is MANDATORY at the following events (do not schedule any other activities these days, including work):  April 26, Saturday—Project Pride, 8:00-noon. Meet in RHS auxiliary gym.  May 29, Thursday—please note this date changed from the originally released date. o Senior Awards & Recognition Program, 7:45 a.m. Seniors report by 7:30 a.m. Dress in nice clothes for this awards program. Caps/gowns and commencement tickets will be distributed at the end of the assembly. o Commencement Rehearsal, 12:45 p.m. Akron Civic Theatre. Familiarize yourself with an area map so you know how to get there and where to park.  June 1, Sunday—Commencement, 11:00 a.m. Akron Civic Theatre. Graduates report at 10:00 a.m. Graduates and guests are expected to adhere to commencement decorum standards. Noise makers, air horns, and/or cheering are NOT acceptable for this formal occasion.  Senior pranks—A positive ending to your high school career is of utmost importance. Senior pranks are prohibited. They often, if completed, hurt students or become costly for the school district. Students who participate in senior prank activities will be dealt with sternly with appropriate consequences that may include forfeiting the privilege of participating in commencement activities.

Prom Items Tickets available for pick up in the library starting on Wednesday, April 23-Friday, May 2 at 2:45 p.m. Pay for prom tickets through EZPay, or cash or check to Revere Senior Class and give to Miss Gobrogge. Pick up prom tickets directly from Miss Gobrogge by the May 2 deadline. A prom contract must be completed for you (and your date if he/she is not and RHS senior) and submitted to Miss Gobrogge before a prom ticket will be issued to you.  Tickets are required and cost $50.00 each  Tickets purchased after the deadline through May 9 at 2:45 will incur an additional charge of $25 per ticket.  NO tickets may be purchased after May 9, 2:45 p.m.  The RHS senior must be present when prom tickets are being picked up. Even if you purchase tickets online, you must submit your completed prom contract and pick up your prom tickets no later than Friday, May 2 @ 2:45 p.m.  Cancellations must be in writing and given directly to Miss Gobrogge by Friday, May 2, 2:45 p.m.  No refunds will be issued after May 2. Emergency situations will be considered by administration.  Prom contracts are required for all participants. Contracts must be submitted before tickets can be issued.  Basic concepts of the school dress code policy will be enforced. Attire that is overly revealing, extremely short, low cut, or excessively sheer is not appropriate for any school activity. Proper undergarments should be worn with dresses nor should undergarments be exposed. Males are to keep their dress shirts on during the dance. Please keep this in mind when renting or purchasing your attire. Please choose wisely and check with a school administrator prior to the dance if you are in doubt. Promenade—5:30-6:30 p.m. with introductions starting at 6:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. This is an event where prom attendees are introduced to the community. Prom attendees are to report to the gym no later than 5:30 p.m. Prom Info—Senior Officers  The Tangier  Theme: The 1920s  Time: 7-11:30. Dinner will be served at 7:45.

Graduation Graduation fee—$30 by Fri, May 9. Pay through EZpay or cash or check to Revere Senior Class given to Miss Gobrogge. Fee pays for cap, gown, tassel, and diploma. Commencement Tickets: You will receive 7 tickets with your cap and gown. If you do not need all seven, turn the extras in to Mr. Evans when you receive them after the Senior Awards & Recognition Program. If you would like to request additional tickets, please see Mrs. Sarcyk in the main office ASAP. Other Items 1. Senior Superlatives: Ballots are due Friday, April 11. Submit to any class officer or library.

2. Senior Picnic: Friday, May 23 during 4th period. Find letter that begins your last name and bring item listed: A-G—water or sport drink; H-Q—side dish or salad; R-V dessert; W-Z—napkins and plastic ware. Deliver your contribution to the concession stand in the stadium on the morning of the picnic.

3. Senior Memory Form—fill out senior memory form and submit to the library or class president by Friday, April 11.

5. Volunteer hours for exam waiver: Due Friday, May 9, 2:37 to Mr. Milczewski. Get preapproval from Mr. Milczewski to ensure your hours will count.
