Nashville and Memphis – Elvis 35th Anniversary Tour August 12 – 19, 2012

Day 1 - Sunday, August 12 – Brantford – Windsor – Detroit – Jeffersonville, Ohio 8:15 AM Depart Brant Park Inn, Brantford on Holiday Drive. Arrive Windsor - lunch on your own at Swiss Chalet. 12:30 PM Duty-Free and Customs - Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. Special Note: Should any participant be refused entry to the USA, it is the responsibility of the client to get themselves home. Any refunds that might be given, are based on cancellation policies of the hotels. Travel south to Jeffersonville, Ohio. Coffee Rest Stop en route to Jeffersonville. 5:30 PM Arrive Jeffersonville, check in - Hampton Inn & Suites near Tanger Outlets. Time to visit the Tanger Outlets, buy dinner at their food court, mall closes at 9:00 PM

Day 2 - Monday, August 13 – Jeffersonville – Cincinnati – Covington – Bowling Green – Nashville (B) 9:00 AM Depart Jeffersonville Arrive Covington for coffee and rest stop. 12:15 PM Arrive Louisville. Lunch on own in Louisville at the Hard Rock Café. Depart Louisville and head to Nashville, Tennessee. Change of time zone in southern Kentucky. Bowling Green – coffee and rest stop. 6:30 PM Arrive Nashville – Check in to the downtown Hampton Inn & Suites hotel.

DAY 3 – Tuesday, August 14 – Nashville (B) 09:00 AM Departure for a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame. 12:00 PM Lunch on your own in downtown Nashville. Optional lunch at the Wildhorse Saloon, but plenty of other restaurants downtown to choose from. Time for shopping and window shopping in the Heritage District. Visit Opryland Hotel and Opryland Outlet Shopping Mall. Guests have the choice of shopping at the Outlet Mall or taking an indoor tour of the newly renovated Opryland Hotel, devastated by the flooding of 2010, it has been rejuvenated and modified to even higher standards than before. Dinner on your own at the Outlet Mall Food Court or any of the many restaurants at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. 6:30 PM Attend the performance at the Grand Old Opry Theatre. 9:00 PM Return to your hotel. Return to the downtown Hampton Inn and Suites hotel.

Day 4 – Wednesday, August 15 – Nashville – Memphis (B) 9:00 AM Depart Nashville - Rest Stop en route to Memphis. 1:30 PM Arrive Memphis - Check in to the Peabody Hotel, downtown Memphis. Live Entertainment - Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland - Admission $20.00 - 7:00 PM. – 12:00 a.m. - Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland 8:30 PM Graceland. Candlelight Vigil Overnight at the Peabody Hotel, downtown Memphis

Day 5 – Thursday, August 16 – Memphis (B) 10:00 AMAutograph Session - Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland - Free admission 2:00 PM Elvis Week Main Stage, Graceland, - Live Entertainment - Admission $20.00 8:00 PM FedEx Forum, 191 Beale St., Memphis, TN. Elvis Concert Event - included Overnight at the Peabody Hotel, downtown Memphis

Day 6 – Friday, August 17 – Memphis (B) Free time for activities around town – the bus will be available to transfer people to the Elvis Week Main Stage. 10:00 A.M. Tour of Graceland – Home of Elvis, Car Museum, memorabilia stores, etc. 7:00 PM Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest Semi-final Round Location, On your own Overnight at the Peabody Hotel, downtown Memphis

Day 7 – Saturday, August 18 – Memphis–Jacksonville–Elizabethtown-Cincinnati-Dayton (B) 08:00 AMLoad motor coach for departure. 08:15 AM Depart for Dayton, Ohio for our last overnight. Jacksonville, Tennessee - Coffee and rest stop. Time changes as you enter Kentucky – gain an hour. Lunch in Elizabethtown on your own (Kentucky time). Depart for Cincinnati/Coventry - Arrive Coventry or Cincinnati for Coffee and Rest Stop. 6:30 PM Arrive in Dayton/Huber Heights Hampton Inn for overnight. Dinner on your own in a nearby restaurant.

DAY 8 - Sunday, August 19 - Dayton – Detroit/Windsor – Brantford (B) 8:00 AM Depart Dayton and head north to Toledo. Stop for coffee and rest stop at Findlay. 12:15 PMArrive at Duty Free in Detroit. Cross into Canada – stop at local restaurant fast food area for lunch on your own. Depart for London to drop off any passengers travelling from that point. 4:30 PM Arrive in Brantford.

35th Anniversary Nashville-Memphis Tour August 12-19, 2012

Due to fire code regulations in the United States and Canada, a maximum of 4 adults are allowed in a standard sized hotel room or 2 adults and 3 children. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Note: there are no GST charges on this tour. All USA state and city taxes are included in hotels, meals and included attractions. This Tour is 1 Day Longer than for the 30th Anniversary Tour & includes Peabody Hotel.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Send page 1 of this form to: CanAmera Specialty Tours, Unit 8, 10 Paisley Road, Guelph, ON N1H 2N6 2. CanAmera Specialty Tours will register names in the sequence we receive them. 3. You will be contacted in January of 2012 to confirm your participation. 4. Confirmed participants will be sent an invoice and payment schedule. 5. Your deposit of $50/person must be received with application to guarantee your place – this is fully refundable if the tour is cancelled. If you cancel before Jan. 1, 2012, deposit is refundable - Non-refundable after Jan. 1, 2012. 6. CanAmera Specialty Tours will confirm the tour, based on required number of participants, on March 1, 2012. 7. Final payment must be received by May 1, 2012.

CHEQUES ARE MADE PAYABLE TO CANAMERA SPECIALTY TOURS FOR DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT.

Cancellation Policy: If CanAmera cancels your day trip(s) due to insufficient registration, all deposits and payment will be fully refunded. Trip confirmation date: May 1, 2012.

Important Note on Travel to the United States of America - Each participant is responsible for ensuring they are permitted to travel to the USA and that they have all necessary documentation to do so.

CanAmera Specialty Tours, suppliers of services for this tour, their staff, nor their associates, will be held liable or responsible for any arrangements, costs or expenses incurred in the event a guest is refused entry to the USA or to Canada upon return, by US or Canadian Customs & Immigration. This applies if the participants is lacking proper documentation or for any other reason. In the event this should occur, tour costs are non-refundable and the guest is responsible for arranging their own transportation home.
