REPSOL-TOTAL–SONATRACH(GTFT), Head of Production/LPG Plant, Algeria(south east- Sahara, desert location),rotational position Feb 2009 to now

In charge of a gas Brownfield field operations activities which consist of a “20 MM M3/day” LPG processing plant, 83 gas wells and export network/pipelines. Produced Gas: 20 MM NM3/day,LPG:5000 M3/day,C5+:3300 M3/day(condensate) Processes: Slug catcher, Gas Booster, Turbo expander,Cold box, De-Ethaniser, Splitter(de-Butaniser),condensate Filtering & Stabilisation.

Management and coordination of the gas field activities during steady state activities but also during project, well activities, start up and S/D activities Ensure Corporate targets delivery, and standards respected (KPIs, Integrated Activities plan (long, medium and short term), Asset Reference plan update (ARP), ISO 14001 implementation, etc..

 Management of 50 personel on site (Engineers, supervisors, operators)as well as external contractors and consultants  Production planning, Maintenance activities coordination  Coordination of the S/D and start up activities  Coordination of the activities with the logistic, maintenance, project and administrative departments  Hydrocarbon programming. IAP (Integrated Activity Plan), Short, Medium, long term  Implementing of the “Boosting project” in order to recover more gas and condensate  Production optimization (wells and plant/processes activities)  Management of the Training and competency plan on site  Engineering and Re-engineering activities follow-up with respect to the international standards (API, ASTM,IADC, etc…)  Developp, Control & Manage of the production budget(opex)  Lead the production activities in a safe and efficient maner  Development of the Operating Philosophies and Manuals as per Total standard (Operguide/Opersafe) and intenational standard (IADC,API, etc..)  Lead project activities as well as specifics Operating studies(OR&A).Peers review toward flawless start-up and handover of the projects to operation.

Involved in an upstream project development which consist of 4 offshore production platforms, 2 sub sea pipelines, 1 SPM and 1 onshore gas treatment plant for a major LNG Project (120 000 BPD of condensate, 3000 MMscfd of Gas, 2*8 MT p.a of LNG).

 Support to the engineering team by being involved in the readiness of the production facilities activities to allow for reliable and safe operations (FEED deliverables, Flow Assurance, 3D, HAZOP, HAZID, Peer Review, etc…)with respect to the international standard (API, ASTM, IADC) and company standard (Shell Operation excellence, Design engineering practice (DEP))  Develop with the operation team, the Operating philosophies, strategies and plans (operation philosophy, production plans, OR&A plan, integrity plan, etc..KPI tracking. Integration of the HSE drivers (ALARP, High Pressure & H2S).Act as Operation and readiness lead (O&RA, Shell Orsat tools)  Successful Development of the Operation Management System (OMS) based on Corporate Management System (MS) needs and targets.
