Gastroenterology disorders one of the major problems cause morbidity and mortality worldwide and it is rapid developing specialty and there is need for more trained nursing specialists. and consecountly training and up date. The role of gastro- and endoscopy nurses has expanded and with more and more demand for special technique, nurses move on performing more technical tasks. This leads to the necessity to continue in updated education and training to face the rapid changes in technology. I'm an endoscopy nurse; interested in the area of practice in the care of patients, educate, communicate and follow up, and on the other hand, care of equipment, safe handling and also to follow the rapid development regarding this special equipment. One issue to attend this meeting activity is to see expert specialist nurses in the special field of gastroenterology, to share their knowledge and experience, to communicate and interact with colleagues in different areas of practice development, science and to do the best for our patients. However it is a chance in my professional education and training that focuses on needs and demand to support personal development, improving information and education to enhance skills, learn new aspects, attend different presentations and hear a lot information in my field that may be new. New techniques, scientific knowledge, latest equipment and data information is a good chance for me to know what is going on in my discipline.
