Short Bio – Brita Moosmann, ISHC Owner / Operator, Moosmann Management Consulting

Brita has more than 25 years of experience in the Food & Beverage, Tourism, and Hospitality industry in various management and consulting capacities, including Corporate Director of F&B for a large North-American REIT. She has a strong background in F&B business intelligence, specializing in the corresponding yield tactics and revenue management strategies. Her entrepreneurial vision combined with specialist expertise in Menu-Engineering and F&B Revenue Management resulted in the creation of the F&B Revenue Management Program yieldforprofit®, and the formation of her hospitality management consulting practices in Europe (Hamburg) and North-America (Vancouver). Brita earned her MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and holds various credentials including the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. In addition to her management practise she is also a lecturer at Hamburg Hotel Management School.
