This document is your opportunity to evaluate team member performance for the Fall 2010 Geography 30 project. Because this evaluation will factor into each team member’s final project grade, we ask that all responses be kept professional and pertain only to the group project. When making your assessments, consider factors such as responsiveness to emails, participation, contribution, work ethic, and willingness to move your project forward. Results of all evaluations will be kept strictly confidential.

Submission Process: Use this file as a template. In other words, type your evaluations directly into this file. Save the file with your completed evaluations and submit this file to the Angel Peer Evaluation Drop Box.

Part 1: Please input the names of all team members including yourself in alphabetical order [last, first] into column 1 of the following table. In column 2, assess each team member’s project performance on a scale of 1 [poor] to 5 [excellent]. If a team member did no work throughout the entire project, then please give that team member a 0.
