Monika Virmani Teacher’s Training College is situated at Alwar District Head Quarter convoluted with (NH 8) in Rajasthan State..This is an Unaided College established in 2008 and managed by Little Flower Education Society.The college is functioning in a Leased building owned by the Trust,the college is located in a pollution free place,adjacent to the Little Flower Secondary School, The College is equipped with all the required infrastructural facilities, sufficient laboratories( psychology lab, Science Labs, Technology lab, Language and Computer lab). The College library has 3300 books,7set volumes of Encycolopaedia,1100 reference books,16 educational journals. A good collection of Education CD ROMs consisting of 161 numbers, is the strength of our library. At present there are fully qualified teachers as per the norms of the NCTE, for B.Ed Courses. Our principal and teachers are invited as resource persons for conducting seminars and mass awareness programmes in various schools, colleges and NGO forums. Many dignitaries visited our college in the previous years for interacting with the students and for conducting seminars. In the last academic year we organized a creative workshop for producing instructional materials based on the revised psychology curriculum of the Rajasthan University. Our students participated in many inter collegiate and university level competitions. The academic record of our students in University Examinations also is commendable. Almost all our students in the previous years have been employed. Monika Virmani Teacher’s Training College, has now established its identity. It is with a sense of contentment that we have fulfilled our cherished goals as envisaged by the Government, NCTE, University of Rajasthan and the society ,we now venture, upon starting the Post Graduate Course in Teacher Education.  To develop a basic knowledge in respective field  Practical training with advanced methodology  Personality development  Advanced knowledge through organizing seminars.

So, it is very necessary to be adequately equipped with resources that will make the teacher a perfect role model to the students. To achieve this, Bachelor of Education or B. Ed was introduced, which will teach a person about Teaching and the various aspects associated with teaching. Once a person completes the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) coaching or training, then he is awarded with a B. Ed degree.

Rules to be followed by the candidate during session :

1. Every Student should be reached college every day till 9:25 AM. 2. Every student should be every day in College Uniform according to rules and regulations of college. Monday –Tuesday –Thursday –Friday : White Uniform Wednesday –Saturday : Blue/Grey 3. A candidate must be in discipline during session. 4. No entry allowed in Class room after 5-Minutes of class start. 5. No Leave will allow without permission of Guradian and Principal. 6. If any candidate is absent seven (7) days without information then name will be isolated from college and after re-entering of name is permissible to attend college. 7. Every candidate should be confirmed that there are 75% of total present must. Other wise debarred from Examination without any action.

On any damage of book no damage book submitted in libarary but double charge of rate of book will as penalty.
