Clearing Your Browser Cache and Cookies

Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10 and 11 1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open Delete Browsing History 2. On Delete Browsing History check at least:  Temporary Internet files  Cookies  History 3. UNcheck Preserve Favorites website data 4. Click Delete 5. Close and restart your browser Internet Explorer 7 1. From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Delete Browsing History... 2. Delete at least cache and cookies as follows:  To delete cache: Click Delete files...  To delete cookies: Click Delete cookies...  To delete browsing history: Click Delete history... 3. Click Close, and then click OK to exit 4. Close and restart your browser

Firefox 3.6 and Above 1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History (In more recent versions, this option was moved to the History menu.) 2. From the Time range dropdown menu, select the desired range to clear. To clear your entire cache, select Everything 3. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose which elements of the history to clear. Select at least Cookies and Cached Web Content 4. Click Clear Now 5. Close and restart your browser Firefox 21 and Above 1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open Clear All History 2. Select desired option from Time Range to clear: drop-down 3. With Details open, select at least:  Cookies  Cache 4. Click the Clear Now button 5. Close and restart your browser

Select the Privacy panel 3. In the History section, set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history (Continued) 4. Select the check box for Clear history when Firefox closes 5. Beside Clear history when Firefox closes, click the Settings... button The Settings for Clearing History window will open 6. In the Settings for Clearing History window, click the check mark boxes next to Cookies and Cache 7. Click OK to close the Settings for Clearing History window 8. Click OK to close the Options window 9. Close and restart your browser

Google Chrome 1. In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData 2. Select Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data and any other items you want to clear (such as Clear browsing history or Clear download history) 3. From the Obliterate the following items from: drop-down menu, choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select ‘the beginning of time’ 4. Click Clear browsing data 5. Close and restart your browser Google Chrome 27 and Above 1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the Clear browsing data dialog box 2. On Clear browsing data, check at least:  Empty the cache  Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data 3. Click the Clear browsing data button 4. Close the Settings tab 5. Close and restart your browser
