 Enter the name or description of the product being shipped in the Product Description column.  Record the temperature of all refrigerated or frozen products prior to departure.  Quality Assurance Staff are to regularly review to ensure that temperature is being assessed for high- B.11 - Shipping Record risk products and that all products are being recorded. Initial and date.  Product Condition Check: Check for dirt or other filth, water or signs of leaks, odours, signs of infestation, damage, closed and labelled properly and product is separated from other allergenic ingredients.  Carrier Condition Inspection: Check carrier for dirt or other filth, water or signs of leaks, odours and signs of infestation and mixed chemical shipment.
