 Enter the name or description of the product being shipped in the Product Description column.  Record the temperature of all refrigerated or frozen products prior to departure.  Quality Assurance Staff are to regularly review to ensure that temperature is being assessed for high- B.11 - Shipping Record risk products and that all products are being recorded.
