Fall 2012 Internships: Full and Part-time

The Susan B. Anthony List is accepting applications for Fall 2012 Internships. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The Susan B. Anthony List is also willing to work with students to gain college credit for their internship experience. The interns are responsible for a diversity of duties at the Susan B. Anthony List. Their time is partly devoted to assisting in the day-to-day operations of our organization where they are expected to complete typical daily administrative support. They are also involved in larger departmental projects such as political and legislative research, fundraising, and online communications.

Applicants are required to be self-starters with good communication skills. They must be able to balance multiple demands and work with shifting priorities and deadlines. As an intern, they should be equally comfortable working as part of a team and with minimal supervision. Ideal candidates will have an interest in pro-life politics and non-profit advocacy work.

To apply, send a resume, cover letter, application and writing sample to Emily Rose Goellner at [email protected]. Applicants will not be considered until all materials are received. Ideal candidates will have passion for pro-life politics and non-profit advocacy work and explain what they hope to gain from an internship at the SBA List. More information as well as the application are available on our website at http://www.sba-list.org/about-sba-list/internships.

The Susan B. Anthony List, and its connected Political Action Committee, the SBA List Candidate Fund, are dedicated to electing candidates and pursuing policies that will reduce and ultimately end abortion. To that end, the SBA List will emphasize the election, education, promotion, and mobilization of pro-life women.
