 I agree to the YAA Secretary & PRO passing on my contact details to the NCAS Secretary and other YAA/NCAS clubs for use as part of the County & Regional Archery Club lists.

 I agree to the YAA Secretary & PRO passing on my contact details to individuals who enquire about archery and archery clubs in Yorkshire.

 I agree to my contact details being used on the County and Regional Websites, within the County and Regional Archery Clubs lists.

I understand that if I withhold my agreement to any of the above, it would mean only the Archery Club name and shooting ground location will be used on the internet, in published lists and given to people enquiring about archery.

The YAA Secretary & PRO undertake that the contact details provided as part of this agreement will only be used for the purposes as described and not shared with any other non- archery organisation.
