Facility Use Pricing* *Due to Mid-South’s complex construction of new Ranges & Facilities, all Facility Use Pricing now requires a Range Supervisor(s) ($409 per Day) for each increment of 10 people that is added to the “Base Price” of Facility Use. This requirement is to oversee all Range Safety Rules, to assist in Range Rotations, and to make any needed repairs to minimize any downtime, should this occur. Our Air- Operated Target Systems are very complex and the Supervisors will insure the integrity of the systems. No Instruction is included.

*Facility Use pricing is based upon a 5 Day Minimum usage.
**Exclusive Use pricing is based upon a 5 Day Minimum usage. Pricing is based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, number of personnel and type of training being conducted. All Ranges and 3 Shoot Houses are included along with Drop Zone. No other Groups are allowed on the Facility Property. Minimum Price is $34,060 per week. As a concession to repeat Customers, we offer a 9.6% discount on “Exclusive Facility Use” to customers who schedule this Use seven or more times within a 12 month period.
Range Supervision by Mid-South Personnel is included. Lodging is $1,366 per night minimum.
If Client is not utilizing On-Site Lodging during Exclusive Use, then Item # 27431 - $1,366 must be added for each Day of Exclusive Use for a minimum of 5 Days.
Instruction needed during Facility or Exclusive Use for large groups would include ½ day Instruction per student for 5 days for $533 additional per student for the week –Item #27411G.
“On-Site” Lodging (Subject to Availability) is $36 per night (Item #27409) per person.
Doors, Hardware, Range and Course Materials
Doors, Hardware and Range Materials are available for Explosive, Ballistic, or Mechanical Breaching in the “Shoot Houses”. Prices are subject to local supplier pricing at time of use. This is an “Open Market” Item and is added to the Facility Use daily charge. These Materials can be purchased by us locally from Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. Our Cost is marked up to make at least 20% Profit on major items.

The Bill of Materials is determined by the Customer in regards to what Training Exercises they want to accomplish. Customer has total control over what Materials (Ex.-pre-hung doors, windows, lumber, plywood, door hardware, hinges, etc.) are purchased and are advised with their Costs prior to any purchases being made.
Customers are welcome to supply their own Doors, Hardware, Range and Course Materials. Customer is responsible for all Labor and Tools to replace Doors, Windows, etc.
Cancellations within 30 days require a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 31-60 days require a 35% cancellation fee. “No Shows” forfeit deposit.
