Pricing is based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, number of personnel and type of training being conducted. All Ranges and 3 Shoot Houses are included along with Drop Zone. No other Groups are allowed on the Facility Property. Minimum Price is $34,060 per week. As a concession to repeat Customers, we offer a 9.6% discount on “Exclusive Facility Use” to customers who schedule this Use seven or more times within a 12 month period. </p><p>Range Supervision by Mid-South Personnel is included. Customer has total control over what Materials (Ex.-pre-hung doors, windows, lumber, plywood, door hardware, hinges, etc.) are purchased and are advised with their Costs prior to any purchases being made. </p><p>Customers are welcome to supply their own Doors, Hardware, Range and Course Materials. Customer is responsible for all Labor and Tools to replace Doors, Windows, etc.</p><p>Cancellations within 30 days require a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 31-60 days require a 35% cancellation fee. “No Shows” forfeit deposit.</p>
