2.1 SW corrections

 Restart of charger when connecting USB to a PC without the driver installed is fixed.

 Restart of charger when Ethernet link removed fixed.

 Communication stability improved e.g. login problems.

2.2 Compatibility info

 This software can be used in all existing PDM/chargers including rack charger for DT390 and DT690 handsets.

 WinPDM software version 3.3.5 is required for parameter editing.

 CPDM software version 2.32 is required for parameter editing.

b. SW is updated from 1.3.7 to 1.3.11
