In house Experience: While working for Professional Land Resources LLC, first as an independent contractor performing mineral leasing and eventually as an employee as Contractor Relations Manager, responsibilities included recruiting and interviewing for new independent contractors for new and upcoming projects (including negotiating their day rates), attending meetings to review potential projects and the amount of independent contractors needed in a general project area. Contacting and coordinating with the independent contractors for Professional Land Resources LLC was occasionally part of the job responsibilities as well.
