Class 2 load restrictions will be effective immediately on the above mentioned county highways and will be removed from these county highways at the time the North Dakota State Highway Department removes the Class 2 load restrictions from the State Highway system in Mercer County.

Class #2 Load Restrictions : Single Axle, not to exceed 12,000 lbs. Tandem Axle, not to exceed 12,000 lbs. per each axle. Three Axles or more (group), not to exceed 10,000 lbs. per each axle. Maximum gross weight on axle groups of divisible loads 30,000 lbs. Gross weight not to exceed 65,000 lbs.
