Useful Reports for Parent/Teacher Conferences

The Student Record Report gives you a nice overview of what an individual student has been doing in AR.

How to Print a Student Record Report

 Go to Renaissance Place: http://reader01.dpsk12.org/renaissanceserver  Choose Teacher/Administrator  Log in  Under the Accelerated Reader Tab click on Reports  Under Report Category click on Reading Practice  Choose Student Record  In top column you’ll see Select Specific click on the word Students  Click/check mark the student you want to view  Click on SAVE  scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose View Report.  The report It will take a minute or so to come up on your screen.  To print the report, click on the Print Icon on the Menu just above “Accelerated Reader”

The Star Parent Report helps parents to understand the ZPD and to see their child’s reading level in relation to the national norm:

 Go to Renaissance Place: http://reader01.dpsk12.org/renaissanceserver  Choose Teacher/Administrator  Log in  Under the STAR Reading Tab click on Reports  In Other Reports section, choose either PARENT – English or PARENT – Spanish  Click on Select Individual Student  Make a check mark by names of students you want to view  Click on Save  Click on View Report If you would like a more detailed version of the Parent Report, you could show a parent the Star Reading Diagnostic Report:

 Go to Renaissance Place: http://reader01.dpsk12.org/renaissanceserver  Choose Teacher/Administrator  Log in  Under the STAR Reading Tab click on Reports  In Reports section choose Diagnostic  Click on View Report

How to Print Out TOPS reports anytime:

 Under Accelerated Reader select Class Record Books  Use pull-down menu to choose your class  Click on Reading Practice Quizzes  Click on name of student you want to view  Click on TOPS  choose language  click on Next >  Report will come up
