As in previous years, ANNA invites legislators and staff members to visit dialysis units in their legislative districts. The campaign, which started in 2003, has proven so successful that ANNA also welcomes lawmakers to visit units and learn more about ESRD throughout the year. ANNA has also published the “ESRD Briefing Book for State and Federal Policymakers” which is available for download at www.annanurse.org.
