The above planning application has been opposed for the following reasons: 1. Green belt 2. Over intensive developing 3. Concern with the reduction/preservation of trees (oak & sycamore)

The above planning application has been opposed for the following reasons: 1. Depreciation of respective planning application 2. That the structure is too large for domestic gardens and was more suitable for a playground 3. That the screening is not sufficient and the structure is intrusive to the privacy and enjoyment of adjacent properties
