Depreciation of respective planning application 2. That the structure is too large for domestic gardens and was more suitable for a playground 3. That the screening is not sufficient and the structure is intrusive to the privacy and enjoyment of adjacent properties</p><p>09/11795/LBC Single Storey rear extension 5 The Hawthornes, Ince Lane MT</p><p>The above planning application has been opposed for the following reasons: 1.
