Applicant Profiles: The following people would like to have a place in the president’s Cabinet. Appoint one to each position and write briefly why you feel he/she is the best applicant for the job. Remember a Senator will be able to confirm or reject your nominees.
Governor Phillip James: 55 years old, an accountant originally who effectively ran the largest accounting firm in America. Mr. James is currently the governor of the only state in the United States to operate with a surplus, not a deficit.
Mr. Ron Burgundy: 40 something TV host on Channel 4 News in San Diego, CA. In his free time he enjoys sculpting his guns, hanging out with his dog Baxter and doing cannonballs in swimming pools.
General Martin Jenkins: 52 years old, a four star general who graduated from West Point. He speaks five languages and was an ambassador to the United Kingdom under the previous administration
General Sylvia O’Toole: 49 years old, a three star general who has served in three military conflicts and worked with the head’s of multiple military organizations
Mr. Forrest Gump: 40 something Vietnam veteran, college football All-American and ping pong world champion. Current interests include shrimp boating and mowing lawns.
Ms. Olivia Cook: 50 years old, once the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA), she has extensive experience in the intelligence community and was instrumental in tracking suspected terrorists after September 11th
Mr. Harold Smith: 45 years old, an aggressive lawyer who once owned his own law firm and is currently the District Attorney for Los Angeles
Ms. Delia Starr: 35 years old, soccer mom and one-time paralegal
Senator Bryan Walters: 60 years old, a Senator from Oklahoma and member of a Native American Tribe he has served on numerous Senate committees and is most interested in preserving the culture of the Native American people and the natural resources of America Madonna: 52 years old, pop queen and fake-Brit

Representative Lauren Lafayette: 47 years old, the Congresswoman sits on the House Committee on Education and Labor. She was instrumental in bringing 1,000 new jobs to her district in Minnesota. She once owned her own business.
Governor Susan White: 57 years old, a lawyer who made drastic changes in the way California consumes energy, she was instrumental in easing California’s reliance on coal energy and developing wind and solar energy plants on the West Coast
Sgt. Derek Delray: 30 years old, infantry soldier who enlisted five years ago

Officer Joe Sanchez: 45 years old, a police officer who worked his way up the ladder to Policy Chief of D.C, and then into the FBI where he worked in the narcotics unit and tried to end a drug ring

Professor Christine Sorento: 40 years old, Dean of a community college in New York, member of a county council, and intensely interested in developing a system where all students are able to go to college regardless of financial status
Governor Rachel Simpson: 55 years old, as the Governor of Kansas she has worked to further the lifestyle of the Kansas farmer by ensuring that he/she is using new technology and methods in farming and is economically stable Mr. Benjamin Matthews: 59 years old, once the head of United Airlines and now working with the Federal Aviation Administration, Mr. Matthews would like to design a helicopter public service in cities with major traffic problems
Mr. Curtis Gordon: 35 years old, the president’s personal chauffer for the last two months
General Chris McMullings: 65 years old, a soldier in the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, and the current Iraq and Afghanistan War. General McMullings comes from a military family and is very interested in the welfare of soldiers.
Mr. Jeremy Beverly: not too old, has taught at high schools in Virginia for more than 7 years, wants desperately to be in the cabinet.
Mr. Alexander Button: 47 years old, the head of the president’s campaign staff. Mr. Button worked closely with the new president on the campaign trail and is his closest confidante and advisor.
Ms. Geraldine Fox: 48 years old, CEO of a major US company. She has traveled the world representing her company, which uses only American made products. She encourages all that she meets to purchase only American goods.
