Position Purpose: Maintenance and management of all Engineering Services at Werribee Mercy Hospital and associated sites, services, buildings, contracts, plant and machinery.

Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, financial management, policy and procedure development and demonstrated experience in contract and project management.

Resource management: Total staff management (FTE): 4 FTE Annual Operating Expenditure: Over $1,000,000 annually Annual Capital Expenditure: Minor capital works
