Plant Spotlight Questionnaire (For publication in NC Currents and on the Association website www.ncsafewater.org)

The Plant Spotlight is designed to give our Association Members a comprehensive view of your treatment plant, so here’s your chance to brag about the features and approaches that make your plant exceptional. Complete this questionnaire with as much detail as possible, but note that all questions may not need to be completed to give a good overview of your particular facility. Remember to include quality digital photos of your facility that focus on specific equipment or processes. (Digital images should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Images from a 4- megapixel camera set at its best setting work well). Be sure to include captions and photo credit as appropriate.
