How to pay your College Bill:

College Bill Payment Guide

We are increasingly finding that students are not paying their bills on time, and although we are here to help and are patient if you have a problem, we are now getting too many of the same excuses term after term. The following guide is to help you organise your payment

1) If you are going to pay by cheque make sure you can find your cheque book and have enough cheques.

2) Allow enough time to be able to make it to the bursary by the payment date i.e. you may have tutorials on that date, and remember the Bursary closes at 4pm.

3) Bank transfers - these take time. Make sure you allow for this as transferring payment on the last day means we will receive the money late. 4) College bills go out at the start of each term so make sure you check your e- mail. There will also be one at the end of the Easter Term issued in July.

5) Any queries with your account should be made straight away and not on the last day.

6) If you receive a student loan and need this to pay your account make sure you have had your loan form scanned.

7) If you have to pay by cash, plan ahead as there are limits as to how much you can withdraw each day from your bank.

8) If your parents pay your account then make sure you let them know as soon as you receive your account, and allow for them going on holiday!

9) Payments:- We would prefer a direct payment made from your bank. (Details Below) Barclays Bank Plc Bene't Street Business Centre P.O.
