How to Organise a Successful Fundraising Drive

HOW TO ORGANISE A SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISING DRIVE!

1. Set your fundraising goals - plus your Order Form or Carrybox return and delivery dates.

2. Distribute the Order Forms or Carrypacks with a suggested 10 day selling period.

3. Promote the Fundraising Drive and Rewards in your newsletter and on your notice board. The front of the brochures can also be used as posters to promote your drive!

4. For Sales by Order Form - collect orders and payment from family, friends and neighbours (please ensure all cheques are made out to your group – not Fundraysia). Add up all the orders on the tally sheet provided, then transfer the total quantities to the Order Form. Don’t forget to list which rewards you want based on your wholesale purchase price (see the enclosed brochure to select your rewards) It is important that you complete all sections of the Order Form before faxing it to us on 03 9357 9949

5. Terms of Payment: Payment is required prior to delivery for Sales by Order Form - by Direct Debit or cheque by mail. Please pay with one cheque only. See “Frequently Asked Questions” for full payment details. Delivery drivers will not accept payment.

6. Storage: Our products are delivered refrigerated in convenient sized cartons which can be re-used for packing orders. Could you please arrange storage in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. .

TASMANIAN DELIVERY DETAILS

1. Please place your order by fax on 03 9357 9949 on a Monday for delivery the following week as per the schedule overleaf…..

2. Also please provide a delivery point where someone is available all day who can accept delivery. Remember to check that the number of cartons delivered are correct, as per the delivery invoice, and that the product quantities are correct, prior to distribution to your group.

3. Unfortunately due to fixed freight costs a minimum order of $500 is required, otherwise a freight charge of $15.00 will apply.

4. Delivery days are current as at the time of printing, but could change during the year. Please confirm delivery details prior to commencement of your drive!
